Our session are conducted on a 1-1 basis, in person or online, and can last up to 90mins. Each session will include at least the following:

Discovery...
Before booking any sessions, we offer a "Discovery Call" Totally Free of Charge of up to 30minutes over the phone, zoom or in person aimed at gaining a clear understanding of the issues you may be facing and to ascertain the outcome you want to achieve. The discovery call is an ideal opportunity for you to determine the suitability of our programmes/techniques in helping you address your emotional challenges and to mutually agree on the way forward.
Prices...
We offer individual sessions and structured programmes that are tailored to suit your goals. Each session can run for up to 90 minutes and the cost of 1 session is AED500/GBP100. To facilitate your wellness journey, we offer a further 10% discount on booking 3 or more sessions together. Please feel free to get in touch with us should you require more information or would like to discuss a payment plan.
Payment Terms
All payments are taken in advance in cash or via bank transfer on or before the session. Each session fee will cover up to 90 minutes and should the session require more time, an additional fee pro-rated on 30 minutes basis at a time will be charged.
We understand that there may be times when you are not able to keep appointments. For a full refund, please inform us of any change or cancellations at least 48 hours before the scheduled time of the session. Change or cancellation made within 24 hours or less will be charged at 50% of the full session price. In case of no show, full session price will be charged.
